Based in Elgin, with an office in Inverness, the business has been trading for more than 45 years and covers a large geographical area from Northern Aberdeenshire, through Moray and across the Highlands and Islands region.
Like all Robertson construction businesses, Robertson Northern employs a strategy of carefully selecting its workload with a strong focus on growing net margins.
The business is involved in a cross-section of building work which includes the construction of schools, hospitals, major supermarkets, private and public sector housing, offices and retail units. Construction of two new Elgin nurseries started last week (week beginning 12 May).
Infrastructure, support services and construction group Robertson began work on new purpose-built nurseries at East End and New Elgin primary schools.

The positive impact of the reshaping of the business last year is clearly demonstrated with turnover up 16% to £269m and operating profit before exceptionals up £4.3m to £5.6m for the year ended March 2012 .
